The Vickery Meadow Improvement District encompasses 3.5 squares miles. The District includes 102 Multi-Family Properties, 112 Businesses, 5 Public Schools, and 2 Single Family Homes. The largest Multi-Family Property is the Timbercreek Apartments with 1080 rental units. The largest Business is Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas.

We work with the City of Dallas and the Code Enforcement Department in reporting and monitoring non-compliance violations.

The Vickery Meadow Improvement District partners with residential and commercial property owners to improve security, lighting, landscaping and code compliance on neighborhood properties. We work with the City Attorney’s Office, the City Manager’s Office, the Code Compliance Department, and the SAFE Team of the Dallas Police Department in identifying, monitoring, and resolving code violations affecting safety, health, security, and property appearance.
